The redistricting plan created by the Minnesota Supreme Court in 2002 made many changes to Senate District 25. Now, the district is comprised of the northern half of Rice County, all of Le Sueur County, the southern part of Scott County, and the eastern third of Sibley County. Laura Brod is the representative for District 25A and Ray Cox is the representative for District 25B.
District 25A contains Arlington, Blakely, Cleveland, Cordova, Derrynane, Elysian, Faxon, Green Isle, Henderson, Jessenland, Kasota, Kilkenny, Lanesburgh, Le Center, Le Sueur, Lexington, Montgomery, New Auburn, New Prague, Ottawa, Sharon, Tyrone, Washington, Washington Lake, and Waterville.
District 25B contains Belle Plaine, Bridgewater, Cedar Lake, Dundas, Erin, Forest, Helena, Lonsdale, Nerstrand, Northfield, Shieldsville, Webster, Wheatland and Wheeling.
